Spare Parts Executive
to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for

who are eager to start a career in inventory and parts management. You will be responsible for assisting with the coordination, ordering, and distribution of spare parts to ensure timely and efficient service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying, locating, and ordering required spare parts based on service or customer needs.
Maintain accurate records of parts inventory, stock levels, and transactions.
Coordinate with service teams and suppliers for part availability and timely delivery.
Help manage stock-in and stock-out processes in the inventory system.
Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and order documentation.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of spare parts in the warehouse.
Provide support in periodic inventory audits and stock reconciliation.
Communicate with customers regarding part status, availability, or delivery timelines.
Learn and adhere to company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
