Spare Parts Executive

Role Summary

You are responsible for managing spare parts inventory, availability, and movement. Your job is simple: the right part, in the right quantity, at the right time. Stockouts, excess inventory, or wrong dispatches are on you.

Key Responsibilities

Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of spare parts Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or inventory systems Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels Raise purchase requests based on consumption and lead times Coordinate with procurement, service, and warehouse teams Ensure timely availability of critical spare parts Handle inward and outward documentation properly Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile variances Identify slow moving, non moving, and obsolete stock Ensure proper labeling, binning, and storage discipline Support audits and internal inventory checks
Required Skills and Competencies

Strong inventory control fundamentals Hands on experience with ERP or inventory software Basic understanding of spare parts classification and BOMs High attention to detail no room for casual mistakes Ability to track numbers and patterns, not just move boxes Coordination and follow up skills Basic Excel skills for stock analysis
Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field 1 to 3 years of experience in spare parts, stores, or inventory roles Manufacturing, automotive, machinery, or service industry exposure preferred
