This role is critical in supporting Mahindra's parts team, which is currently managing backend operations for 5 major product launches. Given the complexity and volume of orders, immediate support is required to streamline operations and ensure timely service delivery.
Key activities include:
Coordinating with SBU CC team for MSS Allocation, STO creation, and tracking receipts
Daily follow-ups with sourcing for IDK/IWK BOs and with CDMM for 100% parts availability
Managing accessories order STOs and coordination with Jaipur warehouse/vendors
Clearing SAP IDOCs and resolving SAP log issues
Tracking and ensuring execution of critical parts with the binning team
Creating POs for legacy model tools, local purchase, and dispatches
Coordinating with sourcing for high-value/TOP parts
Handling parts master updates and resolving errors across business units (AD/MTWL/CE/MEAL)
Working on oil royalty invoices, uploads to portals for audits
Supporting export-specific accessories fitment trials
Coordinating CKD FOC orders, vendor payments, and RWUP trial dispatches.
Supporting UAT testing for MTBL migration to the new Nasik warehouse
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 9 months
Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
