Job Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in supply chain management, procurement, and logistics within the automotive industry. This role requires exceptional leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of operations to drive efficiency and enhance productivity across various departments.

Duties



Oversee supply chain management processes to ensure optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Manage supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Utilize automotive diagnostics knowledge to improve service delivery and operational performance. Implement effective warehouse management practices to streamline inventory control and logistics. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to enhance production processes and equipment repair protocols. Maintain proficiency in ERP systems for data entry, inventory management, and order management systems. Conduct demand planning and pricing strategies to align with market trends and customer needs. Ensure adherence to safety standards in all operations, particularly in forklift operation and shipping & receiving activities. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Lead procurement management efforts, sourcing materials efficiently while maintaining budgetary constraints.

Qualifications



Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics within the automotive sector is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful supplier management. Familiarity with automotive service processes, including auto body repair and OEM standards. Mechanical knowledge is essential for understanding equipment repair requirements. Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for effective maintenance scheduling. Experience with AS400 systems is a plus for managing inventory control processes. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating strong leadership capabilities. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and inventory management tasks. Previous dealership experience is advantageous for understanding customer expectations and service delivery.
