is responsible for accurately picking and issuing spare parts as per job cards or internal requisitions in a timely manner. The role supports workshop efficiency by ensuring that correct parts are delivered to technicians without delay, helping maintain service flow.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick spare parts accurately from inventory based on job card or technician request.
Issue parts to technicians and record usage in the system (or manually if applicable).
Ensure all parts issued are properly billed and documented.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts store/picking area.
Assist in physical stock counts and stock verification activities.
Report low-stock or out-of-stock items to the Store In-Charge.
Follow safety and handling procedures while moving parts.
Coordinate with service advisors and workshop team for urgent or back-ordered items.
Skills and Qualifications:
SSLC / Plus Two / ITI preferred.
Basic understanding of two-wheeler spare parts and part codes.
Physically fit and able to handle lifting and movement of parts.
Attention to detail and ability to work quickly under pressure
