Job Summary: VOC Automotive India is looking for a Spare Parts Executive to manage inventory, ensure timely availability of spare parts, and deliver excellent customer service. This role requires attention to detail and effective coordination with suppliers and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage spare parts inventory and ensure stock levels are optimal.
Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
Identify and source parts based on vehicle requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers for procurement and ensure on-time delivery.
Provide support to the sales and service teams regarding part specifications.
Handle customer inquiries and assist in selecting appropriate parts.
Monitor proper storage of spare parts and handle returns/warranty claims.
Maintain inventory records and generate reports for management.
Requirements:
Education: Degree /Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Technology (preferred).
Experience:
0 -3 years in spare parts management in the automotive industry Skills:
Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts and their applications.
Ability to use inventory management systems and software.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
