Job Title:

Spare Parts Executive - Motorrad (Two-Wheeler)

Location:

Titanium Autos BMW Motorrad, Ormanjhi, Ranchi

Experience Required:

2-3 years in Spare Parts operations in a two-wheeler dealership (premium brand experience preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day spare parts operations for the BMW Motorrad workshop. Handle parts ordering, stock management, GRN, binning, issuing, and inventory control. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of all parts. Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Workshop Manager for timely parts availability. Maintain accurate stock records using DMS and maintain minimum/maximum inventory levels. Track fast-moving/slow-moving parts and prepare periodic reports. Manage counter sales, billing, and customer inquiries related to spare parts. Conduct regular stock audits to reduce discrepancies and ensure accuracy. Maintain parts quality standards as per BMW Motorrad guidelines. Support in warranty parts handling and documentation. Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the parts warehouse.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of two-wheeler spare parts (premium segment preferred). Good understanding of DMS / ERP systems. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage inventory efficiently. Problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

Salary:

Rs 16000/- to Rs 18000/-
