Spare Parts Management

Daily spare parts inward & outward ka record maintain karna Fast moving & non-moving parts ka proper tracking Minimum stock level ensure karna taaki parts shortage na ho

Inventory Control

Physical stock vs system stock ka regular reconciliation Monthly / quarterly stock audit support Obsolete / damaged parts ki identification & reporting

Billing & Documentation

Parts billing (counter & job card wise) accurately karna GRN, invoice, delivery challan & warranty records maintain karna OEM guidelines ke according documentation follow karna

Workshop Coordination

Service advisors & technicians ko timely parts issue karna Job card ke according right part, right time pe issue ensure karna Urgent / VOR parts ke liye coordination

Vendor & OEM Coordination

OEM / vendors se parts order & follow-up Lead time reduce karne ke liye regular communication Price updates & schemes ki information maintain karna

Customer Handling (if applicable)

Counter customers ko parts identification & pricing support Customer complaints related to parts ko resolve karna

MIS & Reporting

Daily / monthly parts sales & stock MIS banana Management ko inventory status & requirements report karna

Compliance & Housekeeping

Store cleanliness & proper bin location maintain karna Safety norms & company policies follow karna

Performance Indicators (KPIs):



Stock accuracy % Zero / minimum parts shortage Inventory turnover ratio Timely parts availability for workshop Reduction in obsolete stock
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
