Role Overview:

The Spare Parts Executive cum Customer Relationship Executive will handle spare parts coordination along with customer interaction and service support. This role requires multitasking, basic system handling, and strong customer communication skills to ensure smooth workshop operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Spare Parts Operations:

Manage spare parts requirements for service and repair jobs Coordinate with technicians for parts availability and issuance Maintain basic stock records and follow up on replenishment Ensure proper storage and accountability of spare parts

Customer Relationship & Service Support:

Handle customer enquiries related to service status, spare parts, and billing Coordinate between service advisors, technicians, and customers Provide service updates and ensure customer follow-ups Address basic customer concerns and support service closure

Administrative Support:

Maintain manual or basic digital records as per outlet practices Assist in billing coordination and documentation Support day-to-day outlet operations as required

Requirements:

Experience in two-wheeler workshop operations preferred Knowledge of spare parts handling and customer interaction Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing systems - advantage) Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English Ability to work in a small team with multiple responsibilities
