Handle customer orders, process purchase orders to vendors, and ensure parts are correctly picked and dispatched.
Supplier and customer relations:
Liaise with suppliers to order parts and maintain relationships with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints.
Quality assurance:
Inspect incoming parts to ensure quality and accuracy and handle the exchange of defective parts.
Sales support:
Assist customers in identifying the right parts, promoting deals, and coordinating with the service department to ensure parts availability for repairs.
