We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined individual to join our team as a
Spare Parts & Customer Service Executive
. This entry-level role is perfect for freshers interested in machinery, automation, and customer service. You will support spares sales, manage service requests, and interact with customers while developing technical knowledge of our product range.
Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying and pursuing spares sales opportunities.
Support the sales team in cross-selling during new equipment sales.
Coordinate and track customer service requests for timely resolution.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Learn about end-of-line automation and packaging technology.
Generate basic reports and assist in analyzing trends for improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
0-1 year experience in sales, customer service, or technical support preferred
Strong technical aptitude and eagerness to learn machinery
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused, proactive, and self-motivated
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office & Excel
