Customer Support & CRM: Maintaining and improving customer satisfaction in assigned territories. Parts Management & Sales: Managing inventory, tracking and ordering parts, and ensuring parts availability for service. Technical Knowledge: Utilizing knowledge of tractor/automobile parts and service processes to advise customers. Operational Efficiency: Providing service estimates, scheduling service work, managing VOR (Vehicle Off Road) orders, and updating customers on repair progress. Warranty Management: Handling warranty claims and ensuring proper documentation.
