Job Description

Responsible for checking, verifying, and maintaining all incoming and outgoing spare parts to ensure accuracy, quality, and proper inventory management in the Service Centre.

Key Responsibilities:



Check and verify all spare parts received against purchase orders and invoices. Ensure correct quantity, part number, and condition of parts before storing. Maintain proper record of stock entries and issues in the system or register. Support the Service Advisor and Technicians by providing correct parts on time. Report any damaged, missing, or mismatched parts immediately. Keep the parts storage area clean, organized, and well-labeled. Assist in monthly/weekly stock audits and inventory counts. Coordinate with Parts Manager for reorder levels and stock updates.

Skills Required:



Basic knowledge of automobile spare parts (especially two-wheelers). Attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic computer knowledge (Excel / DMS preferred).

Qualification & Experience:



Minimum 10th / 12th pass or Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical. 1-2 years of experience in parts checking .
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
