Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate records of spare parts stock levels, track incoming/outgoing inventory, and optimize storage.

Parts Identification & Sourcing:

Identify correct parts for vehicles and equipment, liaise with suppliers, and ensure timely procurement.

Order Processing:

Receive, process, and fulfill orders from customers and internal departments.

Quality Control:

Inspect parts for defects and ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.

Customer Service:

Assist customers with inquiries, provide technical support, and ensure satisfaction.

Data Entry & Reporting:

Update databases, maintain documentation, and generate inventory and usage reports.

Cost & Compliance Management:

Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
