Receive, inspect, and store spare parts
Maintain accurate stock records & update inventory software
Issue parts to technicians as per job card requirements
Assist in identifying correct parts for vehicles
Coordinate with workshop/service team for timely parts supply
Handle customer inquiries related to spare parts
Follow up with suppliers for orders, deliveries, and returns
Conduct regular stock checks and report shortages
Keep the parts store organized, clean, and well-arranged
Prepare daily/weekly stock reports
