We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Spare Parts Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing spare parts inventory, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate inventory records of spare parts
Receive, inspect, and store spare parts shipments
Process customer orders and ensure timely dispatch
Verify order accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
Respond to customer inquiries about spare parts availability and pricing
Provide excellent customer service and support
Maintain records and reports related to spare parts inventory and sales
Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts
Identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and recommend actions
Requirements:
Any degree or diploma
1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory management software
