Job Description

We are hiring for the position of Spanish Travel Sales/ Customer Care Executive for our company Webvio Technologies Pvt. Ltd. at Rajarhat, Kolkata.
Need candidates with excellent Spanish communication skills.
Freshers
Working days: 24 working days in a month , 2 paid leaves, 1 birthday Leave .
Shifts: US shift (Inbound Voice) Fixed shift with Roster off
Incentive : Up to 4 lacs in a month ( Average incentive 10 k to 50k in a month ) apart from salary
Salary : 15K to 22K
Training : 30 days paid training.
Responsibilities:-
1.Manage incoming phone calls
2.Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
3.Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
4.Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Requirements
1. Candidate must have B2 Certificate
2. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
3. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
