Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Spanish Travel Sales Executive at our Sultanpur, Delhi. The role involves managing US flight PPC calls.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and activities.
-Offer personalized recommendations based on clients' preferences and needs.
-Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
-Stay updated on travel trends, destination information, and promotions.
-Meet sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Requirements:
-Fluent in Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Previous experience in travel sales or a related customer service role preferred.
-Strong knowledge of travel industry products, services, and booking systems.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Proficiency with computer systems and travel booking software.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience with CRM tools and sales platforms.
- 1 year of experience in Travel industry is compulsory.
