Job Summary

As a

Bilingual Travel Consultant

, you will be the primary point of contact for Spanish- and English-speaking customers, assisting with flight bookings, itinerary planning, changes, and post-booking support. This role requires fluency in both Spanish and English, a passion for customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced travel environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails

in both

Spanish and English

regarding flight bookings and travel inquiries. Provide customers with accurate information on

fares, itineraries, travel policies

, and

visa requirements

. Assist clients with

flight reservations

, modifications, cancellations, rebookings, and refund processes. Use

GDS systems

(such as

Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre

) and internal booking tools to manage reservations. Address and resolve

customer complaints

or concerns in a

professional, timely

, and

solution-oriented

manner. Maintain

detailed records

of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Stay updated with

airline policies, promotions, and travel regulations

to provide accurate assistance. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Meet or exceed

performance targets

, including service quality, response time, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications & Skills

Fluency in Spanish and English

(both spoken and written) is

mandatory

. Prior experience in

travel sales

,

customer service

, or a

call center

environment preferred. Working knowledge of

GDS systems

(Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is highly desirable. Strong

communication and interpersonal

skills. Ability to

multitask

, work independently, and manage time effectively. A customer-first attitude with strong

problem-solving

skills. Flexible to work in

rotational shifts

, including weekends and holidays.
