We are expanding our Communications Club and are looking for passionate and dedicated Spanish Language Trainers to inspire our young learners in the United States.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Spanish Trainer to conduct live online classes for students aged 6-16. You will be a mentor, guiding students on a journey to not only learn a new language but also to appreciate its rich cultural tapestry. This is a unique opportunity to work with international students and be a part of a supportive educational community from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging and interactive live online Spanish classes for individuals or small groups. Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that builds student confidence. Deliver a curriculum focused on practical communication skills and cultural immersion. Provide constructive feedback to help students grow their language abilities over time. Communicate professionally with parents regarding student progress when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Excellent command of the Spanish language (

B2 level

or higher). High proficiency in English for instruction. Proven experience in teaching Spanish, with a strong preference for experience with children or teenagers. A passion for language, culture, and education. Familiarity with online teaching tools like Google Meet, Zoom, and Google Sheets. A patient, engaging, and supportive teaching style. A reliable computer with a high-quality webcam and a stable, high-speed internet connection.

Prime Teaching Hours (Preferred Availability):

This role is specifically for conducting classes for our students in various countries. The ability to teach during the following hours is essential:

Flexible Working hours (5:00 AM to 8:00 AM Indian Standard Time (IST) preferred)

, weekdays or weekends. Candidates must be consistently available during this early morning window to be considered.

Compensation:

Hourly/session-based payment. Performance bonus and long-term incentive opportunities.
