Responsibilities

Curriculum and Instruction:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cover speaking, reading, writing, listening, and culture.

Classroom Management:

Create a supportive and productive learning environment, manage student behavior, and maintain classroom order.

Assessment:

Evaluate student progress through regular assignments, tests, and oral examinations, providing constructive feedback to students.

Collaboration:

Work with fellow teachers and administrators to enhance the overall educational experience and create interdisciplinary projects.

Parent Communication:

Keep parents informed about their child's performance and progress.

Professional Development:

Stay current with best practices in language teaching by participating in professional development opportunities.

Extracurriculars:

Organize and lead extracurricular activities like language clubs or cultural events.
