Job Brief:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional
Bilingual Customer Service Representative
fluent in both English and Spanish to join our dynamic team. This position will involve providing excellent customer support to our Spanish-speaking residents, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for all tenants.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking residents via phone, email etc.
Assist with general property inquiries, maintenance requests, and lease agreements.
Provide clear and timely communication regarding rent payments, lease renewals, and community events.
Resolve resident concerns and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Manage and track maintenance requests and ensure they are completed to resident satisfaction.
Assist in lease processing, document translation, and interpreting for Spanish-speaking clients.
Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, including inquiries and complaints.
Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth operation of the properties.
Support marketing and resident engagement efforts, such as community newsletters or events, to engage Spanish-speaking residents.
Provide bilingual support for any special projects or tasks as needed.
Requirements and Skills:
Fluency in Spanish and English (both verbal and written) is required.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in property management or a similar field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve issues effectively.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (experience with Yardi, Outlook, or similar is a plus).
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
