Looking for a Spanish Language Expert to support communication, translation, and localization tasks for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the Spanish language (reading, writing, and speaking) and a basic degree in any discipline. Prior experience in translation, interpretation, customer support, or content localization will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
i. Provide real-time interpretation support for calls or customer interactions.
ii. Review and edit Spanish-language content to ensure linguistic and cultural accuracy.
iii. Support customer service, or operations teams in handling Spanish-speaking clients.
iv. Maintain terminology consistency and adhere to company language standards.
v. Conduct basic research or data entry tasks requiring Spanish language proficiency.
vi. Support internal and external communication by providing language assistance and interpretation when needed.
vii. Translate documents, emails, and other materials from English to Spanish and vice versa.
Required Skills and Qualifications
i. Bachelor's degree (in any discipline).
ii. Proficiency in Spanish both written and spoken.
iii. Good command of English for translation and communication purposes.
iv. Strong attention to detail and cultural sensitivity.
v. Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email etc.).
vi. Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
