We are looking for bilingual candidate who is fluent in Spanish and English to join our fast growing software company. In this unique position you will be responsible for providing the best experience to clients, and to be proactive handling customer queries and scheduling work and orders. There will be no cold selling, but it is expected that the successful candidate will prompt orders and go the extra mile to retain customers and ensure high level customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsible for receiving, considering and responding to all customer inquiries/query through call /email /chat
Ensuring timely and professional responses to all complaints, requests and queries received
Research and compilation of answers for informational requests from customers
Proper recording and scrutiny of the complaints received
Efficient dealing of complaints to completion and enabling satisfaction of customer
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Fluent to native level in English and Spanish
Candidate should possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Able to communicate effectively with clarity and consistency
Experienced in telephone customer services
Able to up-sell and go the extra mile to retain customers
Solutions focused and have great attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Should be proactive, soft spoken, detail oriented, tactful, calm, punctual and disciplined
Knowledge of MS-Excel and Email
Ready to work on US timings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹560,000.00 per year
