Skill: Space Planning Lead


Location: Bangalore

• 
  Planogram knowledge and experience mandatory

• 
  Work in progress (WIP) creation in JDA
  
• Internal system tasks:
  
  • Proposed planogram creation
    
  • Assign store (per department)
    
  • Flat file upload in JDA
    
  • MPU - Mass planogram update
    
  • Tagging & mirroring/mirror validations in JDA
    
  • Approvals
    
  • Planogram validations
    
  • Planogram upload
    
  • PDF creation
    
  • Review vivids and schematics
    
  • Automation script
    
  • Quality Check script
    
  • Planogram validations
    
• Apply fixture adjustments in JDA (shelf/peg/tray/clip)
  
• Merchandising the planogram in JDA
  
• Mirror validations/corrections in JDA
  
• Conduct Quality Assurance review based on agreed QC checklist and playbook
  
• Collaborate with key business partners to identify and document changes in merchandising standards
  
• Collaborate with BBBY team and agree upon the method of recording and fixing the errors in Pre-Publish and Post-Publish scenarios

a) End-to-End Based Work:

• 
  Basic Planogram Work
  
  • Building planograms off an existing version
    
  • Uploading, reviewing and Quality Check the planogram for the event
    
  • Attending weekly meetings and providing status
    
• End to End work is broken out in the below types:
  
  • Reset vs. Revision - Revisions being smaller merchandising touches to the resets larger or complete merchandising rework.
    
  • Simple vs. Average vs. Complex Departments - Considers the # of planograms affected, the number of items in the department, the merchandising complexity of the department and the complexity of the changes to the merchandising, etc.

b) raining Document Maintenance

• 
  TCS will review the existing training materials available in Micro Space Management. TCS will also jointly work with BBBY and create additional training materials as required.

c) Status Reports

• 
  Publish weekly status report
  
• Monthly Quality of Delivery report by end of first week for the next month
