Role Purpose



The JLL Occupancy Planning and Management platform supports strategic initiatives by management of occupancy planning, business unit engagement and relocation activities. This role plays a key part in process documentation, project initiation and execution, performance tracking and innovation across the Global Occupancy and Management platform - provide leading edge services aligned to JLL's Workplace of the Future goals. The Data Analyst will provide outstanding delivery of platform reporting, initiatives, and programs, as well as innovations in line with strategic objectives. They will ensure accuracy, process adherence, platform enablement and program delivery.



Key Responsibilities:



Drive strategic business decisions with detailed analytics, business insights, and real-time reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial results. Ability to present and provide meaningful business insights from data. Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions with executive management, gathering requirements, managing initiatives and project deliverables with minimal direction. Ability to support Business Performance for Occupancy Planning and Management platform. Provide superior communications and client relationship management. Support in the maintenance of accurate data in the CAFM/IWMS database application. Exhibit strong inter-personal skills to include self-motivation, ability to collaborate as a team member and self-discipline. Managing, Analyzing & reporting on multiple data sources.

Technical Skills:



Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint a must. Specifically: Microsoft Excel - Advanced Microsoft Access - Intermediate Microsoft Office VBA - Basic Microsoft PowerPoint - Intermediate Process improvement methodologies. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

Qualification:



Work productively in a client-facing environment. Excellent communicator across different levels of the business. Ability to coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders and tasks. Attention to detail and accuracy. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail. Proven ability to work under pressure with deadlines. Comfort with working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to dive deep into data analysis or technical issues to come up with effective solutions, while keeping the 'big picture' in mind. Demonstrated ability to frame complex problems, review data and extract insights that led to tangible results. Growth mindset - strong desire to develop new and varied skills.

Requirements:



Demonstrated experiences as a Business Analyst, ability to understand core business and key success drivers of our clients. Ability to work with stakeholders across Global Platform. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Management, Math, Engineering, Computer Science, or related analytical field. Minimum of 4-7 years' experience as a business analyst with a focus on process improvement, digital enablement, and project management.
