Provide professional spa therapies including massages, facials, body treatments, and wellness services.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable spa therapies.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the spa area.
Ensure proper setup of therapy rooms before and after each session.
Promote spa services, packages, and products to clients.
Maintain client records, booking schedules, and service logs.
Ensure high guest satisfaction and maintain a calming, relaxing environment.
Skills & Requirements:
Certification/Diploma in Spa Therapy or Wellness (preferred).
Good knowledge of various massage techniques and spa treatments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, calm, customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to maintain hygiene standards and follow protocols.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
