Job Overview:
As a Spa Therapist, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality massage and wellness treatments in a clean, calm, and professional environment. You'll help clients relax, de-stress, and heal, while also building long-term relationships through excellent service.
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of spa treatments including Swedish, deep tissue, aroma, Balinese, and body scrubs.
Understand client needs and tailor therapies accordingly.
Maintain a hygienic and well-organized treatment room.
Offer wellness advice and promote spa packages or add-ons.
Ensure client comfort, safety, and confidentiality at all times.
Follow all spa protocols and cleanliness standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Spa Therapist (minimum 6 months preferred; training can be provided for freshers with the right attitude).
Knowledge of different massage techniques and wellness practices.
Presentable, soft-spoken, and professional behavior.
Good communication in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English.
