Key Responsibilities
Provide a wide range of spa and wellness treatments such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, and Reflexology massages.
Deliver personalized guest experiences by understanding individual needs and preferences.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and ambiance of the spa treatment rooms and facilities.
Ensure proper use of spa products, towels, and equipment.
Promote spa services and recommend suitable treatments to guests.
Maintain accurate records of treatments, guests, and product usage.
Uphold the brand's standards of service, grooming, and professionalism at all times.
Support the Spa Manager in daily operations and assist during peak hours.
Requirements
Diploma or certification in Spa Therapy or equivalent training from a recognized institute.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in reputed hotels or resorts.
Strong knowledge of body therapies, massages, and spa treatments.
Excellent guest handling and communication skills.
Warm, polite, and professional demeanor with attention to detail.
Female candidates preferred (as per guest demand and treatment types).
