Welcome guests professionally and assess their needs, preferences, and health conditions before treatments
Perform spa treatments such as body massages, facials, body scrubs, body wraps, and other wellness therapies
Ensure guest comfort, privacy, and satisfaction throughout the treatment
Recommend appropriate treatments and spa packages based on guest requirements
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in treatment rooms and spa areas
Sterilize tools, equipment, and workstations before and after each treatment
Follow all health, safety, and spa SOPs strictly
Maintain a professional appearance, grooming, and positive attitude at all times
Ensure guest confidentiality and ethical treatment practices
Handle guest feedback and concerns politely and report issues to management
