Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and professional Spa Therapist to provide high-quality spa and wellness treatments while ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a range of spa therapies including body massages, facials, scrubs, and wellness treatments Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate treatments and packages Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation standards in treatment rooms and common areas Create a relaxing and comfortable environment for clients at all times Maintain client confidentiality and professional conduct Upsell spa services, memberships, and retail products Follow spa SOPs, safety guidelines, and service protocols Manage appointment schedules and treatment records Work closely with the front desk and team for smooth daily operations

Requirements & Skills:

Certification or diploma in Spa Therapy / Massage Therapy Proven experience as a Spa Therapist (freshers may apply if trained) Knowledge of different massage techniques and spa treatments Good communication and interpersonal skills Pleasant personality with a client-focused approach Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in luxury spa or wellness centers Knowledge of international spa standards
