About Welnez Hygiene

Welnez Hygiene is a premium wellness retreat launching in Kozhikode. We're a 60,000 sq ft facility on 4 acres with 52 luxury rooms and 2 specialty dining outlets, offering comprehensive wellness programs. Our positioning combines clinical wellness excellence with luxury hospitality standards.

Your Role

Deliver personalized naturopathy and wellness therapies to guests, including massage, hydrotherapy, mud therapy, and specialized treatments. You'll work within a clinical wellness setting, administering doctor-prescribed treatments that support guests in managing chronic conditions and achieving holistic wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities

Administer naturopathy treatments including therapeutic massage, hydrotherapy, mud therapy, steam baths, and specialized body treatments according to doctor prescriptions Conduct pre-treatment consultations to assess guest comfort levels, preferences, and any contraindications Maintain treatment room hygiene and prepare therapy equipment following clinical protocols Document treatment details and guest responses in clinical records for doctor review Educate guests on treatment benefits, aftercare instructions, and self-care techniques Collaborate with medical team to ensure treatment alignment with individual wellness programs Maintain professional boundaries and ensure guest comfort throughout all therapy sessions

Requirements

Must Have:

Certified Spa/Massage Therapy qualification from a recognized institution Strong knowledge of therapeutic massage techniques and naturopathy treatment modalities Physical ability to perform treatments for multiple hours daily Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English Professional demeanor with ability to work in luxury hospitality environment Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Preferred:

Prior experience in spa, wellness center, naturopathy hospital, or luxury hospitality setting Familiarity with hydrotherapy, mud therapy, or traditional wellness practices Understanding of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic treatment protocols Experience working in clinical or medical wellness environments

Work Environment

Pre-opening phase with opportunities to shape therapy protocols and guest care standards 6-day work week with one weekly off Physical demands include standing for extended periods and performing multiple treatments daily Gender-segregated treatment facilities maintaining traditional wellness center practices Team environment with close collaboration between therapists and medical staff
