The Female Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality spa therapies and wellness treatments to clients, ensuring exceptional service standards, hygiene, and customer satisfaction in line with Odespa Wellness brand values.
Key Responsibilities
Perform professional spa therapies including body massages, body scrubs, facials, and other wellness treatments as per Odespa protocols
Conduct client consultations to understand needs, preferences, and health conditions before treatments
Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety in treatment rooms and common areas
Ensure proper setup, usage, and care of spa equipment, oils, and products
Provide a relaxing, professional, and courteous experience to all clients
Upsell spa services, packages, and wellness products where appropriate
Adhere to company policies, service standards, and grooming guidelines
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Support team members and assist with daily spa operations as required
Qualifications & Experience
Certification/Diploma in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, or Wellness Treatments preferred
1-3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist (freshers with training can be considered)
Knowledge of various massage techniques and spa therapies
Understanding of hygiene and safety standards
