We are seeking a dedicated and professional Spa Therapist to deliver a range of wellness and beauty treatments--such as massages, facials, body scrubs, and more--to our clients. You'll create a relaxing environment, consult clients on their individual needs, and ensure a high standard of care and service.
Perform treatments including massages (Swedish, deep tissue), facials, body scrubs, waxing, manicures/pedicures,Aromatheraphy
Conduct client consultations to assess medical history, allergies, and desired outcomes, tailoring treatments accordingly.
Maintain and sanitize treatment rooms, equipment, linens, and tools before and after each session.
Keep accurate records of client treatments, preferences, and any follow-up notes.
Recommend and promote additional services or retail products to clients.
Uphold hygiene, safety, and health regulations at all times.
Manage inventory: restock supplies and notify supervisors of shortages.
Assist clients with use of spa facilities (e.g., sauna, steam room).
Resolve any client complaints or concerns, escalating when needed.
Stay informed of latest spa techniques, trends, and continue professional development.
