We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented

Spa Therapist

to join our wellness team in

Gangtok

. The role involves delivering professional spa treatments while ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for guests in line with hospitality and wellness standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and therapies Conduct pre-treatment consultations to understand guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and ambience of treatment rooms and spa areas Follow treatment SOPs and safety guidelines Ensure proper use and care of spa equipment, products, and linen Promote spa services, wellness packages, and retail products Handle guest feedback politely and professionally

Qualifications & Skills

Certified Spa Therapist / Beautician / Massage Therapist Knowledge of massage techniques such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, etc. Good communication and interpersonal skills Well-groomed, professional, and customer-focused

Experience

1-3 years of experience in a hotel spa, resort, or wellness center preferred Freshers with valid certification may also apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
