Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Care

: Warmly greet guests, understand their needs and medical history (allergies, conditions), explain treatments, and ensure comfort.

Treatment Delivery

: Perform various services, including massages (Swedish, hot stone, aromatherapy), facials, body scrubs, waxing, and manicures/pedicures.

Hygiene & Maintenance

: Keep treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies clean, stocked, and sanitized according to health & safety regulations.

Product & Service Knowledge

: Be familiar with all spa services, packages, and retail products, recommending appropriate treatments and upselling products.

Record Keeping

: Maintain detailed client files, noting services, medical notes, and future recommendations.

Professionalism

: Uphold high service standards, manage schedules efficiently, and collaborate with team members.
