Key Responsibilities

Guest Services

Provide professional spa treatments including massages, body therapies, facials, and wellness rituals as per spa menu and standards.

Conduct guest consultations to understand needs, preferences, and medical conditions before treatments.

Ensure guest comfort, privacy, and satisfaction throughout the treatment experience.

Promote spa services, packages, and retail products in a courteous and informative manner.

Operational Duties

Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and tools in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.

Ensure correct setup and breakdown of treatment rooms before and after each session.

Follow spa SOPs, health & safety regulations, and sanitation guidelines strictly.

Handle guest feedback or concerns professionally and escalate to the Spa Manager when required.

Product & Inventory Management

Use spa products responsibly and report stock requirements or discrepancies.

Maintain knowledge of spa products, ingredients, and their benefits.

Team & Compliance

Work collaboratively with spa reception, therapists, and management to ensure smooth operations.

Attend training sessions, workshops, and departmental meetings as scheduled.

Comply with grooming standards, professional conduct, and ethical practices at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

Certified Spa Therapist with recognized training in massage and body therapies.

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a hotel spa, resort, or luxury wellness center (preferred).

Strong knowledge of massage techniques, anatomy, and wellness practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,190.51 - ₹34,717.39 per month
