Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional spa and cosmetology services including facials, waxing, threading, manicure, pedicure, hair spa, and body treatments. Conduct skin and hair analysis to recommend suitable treatments and products. Prepare the treatment area, equipment, and materials before each session. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all spa rooms and workstations. Ensure guests receive a relaxing and safe experience following service protocols. Promote spa services and retail products to guests based on their individual needs. Maintain accurate client service records and follow up on repeat appointments. Coordinate with the Spa Manager for inventory management and replenishment of supplies. Stay updated with the latest beauty and wellness trends and techniques. Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma / Certification in

Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or Spa Management

from a recognized institute. Minimum

1-3 years of experience

in a reputed spa, salon, or wellness center. Sound knowledge of cosmetology treatments, products, and equipment. Ability to communicate effectively in

English and local language

(Malayalam preferred). Experience in working with elderly clients will be an added advantage (for retirement communities).

Empathetic and patient, especially when handling elderly or sensitive clients. Sales and product recommendation skills. Team player and adaptable to flexible schedules.
