Job Summary:

We are looking for a sales-driven

Spa Salon Manager

to lead sales efforts, grow revenue, and deliver excellent customer experiences. This role includes managing the front desk team, promoting services and products, and supporting marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote spa salon services and retail products to clients Assist clients with appointment bookings and product recommendations Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize sales Maintain client relationships to encourage repeat visits Meet daily and monthly sales targets Support front desk operations and maintain a clean, welcoming environment

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of sales or customer service experience (salon/spa preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Target-driven with a positive, professional attitude Basic knowledge of beauty services and products Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
