Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, Attractive, and friendly Female

Spa Receptionist cum Tele caller

who can be the face and voice of our brand. You will play a key role in

welcoming clients, handling appointments, promoting our wellness services, and maintaining smooth front desk operations.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients in a warm and professional manner. Handle inbound and outbound calls for booking appointments and answering inquiries. Maintain client records and manage scheduling through spa software. Promote spa packages, services, and promotions to clients. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times. Manage client feedback with a positive, solution-focused attitude. Support administrative and customer service tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi. Pleasing personality and well-groomed appearance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, or hospitality sector preferred (but freshers with the right attitude are welcome). Basic computer skills for scheduling and customer management.
