Manage spa appointments (walk-ins, calls, and online bookings)
Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately
Coordinate with therapists to ensure seamless daily operations
Maintain guest records, feedback, and follow-ups
Ensure the reception area reflects 5-star standards of cleanliness and calm
Address guest queries and resolve concerns professionally
Requirements:
Prior experience in a spa, hotel, or luxury hospitality environment preferred
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (local language is an advantage)
Presentable personality with a guest-centric mindset
Basic computer skills and billing/POS knowledge
