Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area.
Ensure smooth guest flow and manage waiting areas gracefully.
Handle all incoming calls and WhatsApp enquiriespromptly.
Book, reschedule, and cancel appointments accurately through the spa software.
Respond to WhatsApp messages within
2-5 minutes
during working hours.
Share service details, therapist availability, pricing, and offers when asked.
Prevent double-bookings by checking therapist schedules carefully.
Update last-minute changes immediately to keep the system 100% accurate.
Send booking confirmations & reminders to reduce no-shows.
Maintain
98-100% accuracy
in the appointment calendar.
3. Customer Service Excellence
Provide detailed information on services and treatments.
Handle queries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
Build strong client relationships across all three branches.
4. Sales & Upselling
Recommend add-on services, packages, memberships, and retail products.
Achieve monthly sales and upselling targets.
5. Billing & Cash Handling
Manage billing accurately through the POS system.
Handle cash, card, UPI, and gift card transactions responsibly.
Complete end-of-day cash and report reconciliation.
6. Team & Therapist Coordination
Communicate all booking details and changes to therapists.
Coordinate room readiness and treatment timings.
7. Record Keeping & Reporting
Maintain accurate client records and treatment histories.
Prepare daily appointment, cancellation, and sales reports.
8. Hygiene & SOP Compliance
Ensure high hygiene standards at the reception and client areas.
