Job Summary

:

The Spa Manager is responsible for the efficient management and operation of the spa, ensuring a luxurious experience for all guests. This includes managing the staff, overseeing spa treatments, handling customer service, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards, and maximizing profitability while maintaining a high standard of care.

Supervise and lead spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and other support personnel. Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations for spa employees. Ensure a positive and motivated team atmosphere. Handle staffing schedules to meet operational needs, including weekends and holidays. Ensure a consistently high level of service is delivered to all guests. Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Promote a customer-first approach, aiming for the highest levels of client satisfaction. Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa, including treatment scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance of equipment and facilities. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the spa. Monitor and control spa supplies and products, ensuring adequate stock levels while staying within budget. Oversee the implementation of new treatments and services in the spa menu. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and techniques. Provide hands-on services or consultations as needed.
