Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

: Overseeing daily activities, scheduling appointments, coordinating guest flow, and ensuring smooth service delivery.

Staff Management

: Recruiting, training, scheduling, motivating, and conducting performance reviews for therapists, receptionists, and other staff.

Customer Experience

: Ensuring high satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Financial Management

: Developing budgets, monitoring expenditures, managing payroll, and increasing profitability.

Inventory & Supplies

: Managing stock of products, ordering supplies, and coordinating with vendors.

Marketing & Sales

: Developing promotions, managing campaigns, and implementing strategies to attract and retain clients.

Health & Safety Compliance

: Ensuring adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Business Development

: Identifying growth opportunities, incorporating industry trends, and setting long-term goals.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
