The Spa Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of ODE Spa & Wellness, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, effective team management, revenue growth, and strict adherence to brand standards, hygiene, and compliance.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Guest Experience
Manage day-to-day spa operations to ensure smooth functioning and premium service delivery
Maintain ODE Spa & Wellness service standards, SOPs, and brand guidelines
Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally
Ensure hygiene, safety, and ambiance standards as per wellness regulations
Team Management & Training
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise therapists, receptionists, and support staff
Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
Ensure staff grooming, discipline, attendance, and productivity
Foster a positive, professional, and guest-centric work culture
Revenue & Business Development
Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
Drive upselling of therapies, memberships, packages, and retail products
Plan and execute promotions, offers, and wellness programs
Monitor competition and suggest innovative services and pricing strategies
Financial & Inventory Control
Manage daily cash, billing, and MIS reporting
Control expenses, minimize wastage, and optimize manpower costs
Monitor inventory levels of oils, linens, consumables, and retail items
Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely procurement
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and local regulations
Maintain accurate records, registers, and operational reports
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Excellent guest-handling and communication abilities
Knowledge of spa therapies, wellness products, and industry trends
Sales orientation with strong business acumen
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in POS systems, MS Excel, and MIS reporting
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / Post-Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Business Management
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in spa or wellness operations
Prior experience as a Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager preferred
