The Sales Manager - Spa is responsible for driving business growth, achieving revenue targets, and increasing market share for the spa. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, expanding the membership base, promoting spa services and packages, and building strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty. This position requires a results-driven professional with a deep understanding of wellness services, premium client engagement, and revenue optimization.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue Targets
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities for spa treatments, wellness packages, and retail products.
Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives to maximize per-client spend.
Maintain a strong focus on achieving Average Revenue Per Client (ARPC) and other key sales metrics.
2. Membership Sales & Retention
Create, promote, and sell spa membership programs tailored to various customer segments.
Achieve membership sales targets through structured outreach, presentations, and follow-ups.
Build strong relationships with members to ensure high renewal and retention rates.
Implement loyalty programs, referral incentives, and exclusive member events.
3. Business Development
Network with local businesses, hotels, clubs, and corporate offices to secure partnerships and group bookings.
Develop strategic alliances to promote the spa within the local and corporate community.
Represent the spa at exhibitions, events, and wellness fairs to increase brand visibility.
4. Client Relationship Management
Maintain and regularly update a client database with complete profiles and purchase history.
Conduct periodic courtesy calls, follow-ups, and personalized offers to VIP clients.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
5.Reporting & Analysis
Prepare detailed sales reports, membership statistics, and revenue analysis for management review.
Track conversion ratios for leads, inquiries, and sales to improve performance.
Provide feedback on sales performance, product offerings, and client preferences.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2-5 years of proven sales experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or luxury service industries.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
Strong negotiation, networking, and closing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
