The manager of the Spa will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the Spa. He/she needs to strive to maintain and motivate the entire Spa team and create a culture of care and service excellence among employees. She/he needs to also develop and implement Spa operational goals, policies, and procedures. Additionally, he/she is responsible for leading efficient and effective Spa operations including short and long-term strategic planning

Passionate about the Spa and Fitness world.
Willing to deliver the best service and experience to customers
strong leadership, team, and communication skills are essential.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office. spa and Spa Software
Strong working knowledge of Spa, Membership sales.
Spa Manager is responsible to Manage the entire SPA salon Operations and achieve
profitability targets.
Plan and promote special events for the engagement of existing customers as well as the acquisition of new customers.
Team Handling Exposure ideally a team of 7 people
Responsible to give the required details to the Center manager the top line bottom line (revenues profits) of the spa.
Inventory handling, Guest handling, solve their queries or provide the required information of services Desired Skills and Experience:
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
Motivate lead a team of therapists, technicians front office
Handle customer grievances.
Keen on pursuing a career in hospitality wellness industry
Good communication with Excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience
Minimum of 1 to 5 years' experience as a spa supervisor above in a hotel or a well-established Spa brand.
Spa Manager Duties And Responsibilities
For the customer
Be the single point of contact for Dignitaries, VIP and VVIP guests and co-ordinate their Spa experience
To be and set an example of sincere customer focus and true appreciation for the guest experience.
Ensure all dealings with guests at the spa meet or exceed international spa operating standards.
Ensure the health and safety of guests and employees are paramount at all times and the spa manager is well equipped to handle all emergencies related to the same such as health, emergency, hygiene and fire emergencies
Able to analyse and interpret the needs of clients and offer appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions - this includes guest complaints and quick and professional resolution as well as any special requirements.
For the physical location
Ensure that all stock and cash items are kept safely under lock and key.
Regularly monitor all equipment for the proper functioning in the Spa to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with local engineer to ensure proper repair and preventive maintenance works of all spa facilities.
Perform a regular inventory of Spa par levels for retail and operational stocks.
Ensure all areas of the Spa are kept clean and well maintained.
