Supervise day-to-day spa activities and ensure smooth operations.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and ambiance of the spa as per company standards.
Ensure all treatments, services and protocols are followed correctly.
Handle guest appointments, billing, check-in & check-out process.
2. Team Management
Manage, train, and motivate spa therapists and front desk staff.
Prepare duty rosters and manage shift schedules.
Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations.
Maintain discipline and professional grooming standards.
3. Sales & Revenue
Drive sales of spa therapies, packages, and retail products.
Achieve monthly targets (TAR vs ACH) and reduce backlog.
Promote membership and festive offers to maximize revenue.
Track daily sales, service reports, and calling data.
4. Customer Service
Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and service recovery.
Address guest concerns, feedback, and complaints promptly.
Build strong client relationships and ensure repeat visits.
5. Inventory & Reporting
Monitor stock levels of oils, linen, uniforms, and equipment.
Raise purchase requests when required.
Maintain MIS reports: sales, calling, complimentary, check-ins, staff attendance, etc.
Send daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
6. Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, grooming standards, and safety protocols.
Maintain proper documentation and records.
Ensure therapists follow hygiene, sanitation, and sterilization processes.
