Job Description

Oversee day-to-day spa operations, ensure excellent guest experience, manage staff performance, and maintain service quality, hygiene, and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise spa staff: therapists, front desk, and housekeeping. Manage daily operations, appointment scheduling, inventory, and service standards. Ensure top-quality guest experience and resolve customer concerns. Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with spa protocols. Train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance. Achieve monthly revenue targets, promote services/products, and control costs. Handle reporting, cash management, and vendor coordination. Maintain client records, feedback logs, and safety procedures.
Requirements:

2-5 years of experience as a sales Manager Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills. Knowledge of spa therapies, wellness services, and retail. Good organizational and problem-solving abilities. Well-groomed and professional demeanor.
Work Details:

10-hour shift Weekly off on weekdays
Location: MUMBAI

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,164.31 per month
