The Spa Manager is responsible for the overall management of the Odespa Wellness outlet, ensuring exceptional guest experience, smooth daily operations, revenue growth, team performance, and strict adherence to Odespa brand standards. The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for wellness and customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Guest Experience
Oversee day-to-day spa operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
Ensure high standards of service delivery and guest satisfaction at all times
Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally
Maintain spa ambience, hygiene, safety, and compliance with company SOPs
Revenue & Business Performance
Drive outlet revenue through bookings, upselling, memberships, and retail sales
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance
Implement local marketing initiatives and promotions in coordination with HO
Control costs, manage inventories, and reduce operational wastage
Team Management
Recruit, train, schedule, and manage therapists, front desk, and housekeeping staff
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and skill development sessions
Ensure staff grooming, discipline, attendance, and productivity
Foster a positive, motivated, and service-oriented team culture
Financial & Administrative Control
Manage daily cash handling, billing, POS operations, and end-of-day reports
Ensure accurate reporting of sales, expenses, incentives, and payroll inputs
Monitor stock levels of oils, linens, consumables, and retail products
Coordinate with vendors and HO for supplies and maintenance
Compliance & Brand Standards
Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and local regulations
Maintain documentation, audits, and statutory requirements
Uphold Odespa Wellness brand values, service protocols, and quality standards
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Spa Management, or related field
3-6 years of experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or luxury service industry
Minimum 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role preferred
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities
Sales-driven mindset with operational discipline
Knowledge of spa therapies, wellness concepts, and service standards
Proficiency in MS Office / POS systems
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions
Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
Standing and moving across spa areas as required
